Graham Moss

Chief Executive Officer
Graham joined TCWA as its CEO in March 2007 having spent the previous 17 years as CEO of the WA Sports Centre Trust which manages some of the State’s major sporting and entertainment venues. He was the inaugural General Manager of the West Coast Eagles and had a long career in Australian Rules Football.

Minda Penn

Business Development & Marketing Manager
Minda joined the Council in October 2007 following 2 years volunteering and teaching English in South America.  Prior to this, Minda spent 6 months with FORM Contemporary Craft & Design as Regional Marketing Coordinator, drawing on previous regional experience as Marketing Manager - Pilbara with Australia’s North West Tourism, Marketing Coordinator and CEO of its predecessor the Pilbara Tourism Association and Marketing Coordinator for the West Pilbara College of TAFE.  Minda has a Bachelor of Business with Majors in Marketing and Tourism Management and has attained qualifications in International Standards Internal Auditor Training. 

Peter Norris

Accreditation Officer
Peter joined the Council team in April 2008.  Peter spent a year as an Assistant Paraplanner with RSM Bird Cameron Financial Services, providing planning support to financial advisors, and also has 3 years previous experience in the aquatic and leisure sports industry in Melbourne.  Peter has a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Marketing, Management and Asian Business Studies and has attained qualifications in International Standards Internal Auditor Training. Peter is also Treasurer of grass-roots development group Timor Leste Vision Inc.

Gemma Reid

Communications & Finance Officer
Gemma commenced with Tourism Council in March 2007 upon completion of a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Politics & History at UWA.  She is the current Treasurer of the Young Australians Tourism Association (YATA) and has previous experience within the hospitality industry.

Anna Bosotin

Events & Marketing Coordinator
After spending five years in Hospitality Events Management, Anna joined the team in May 2008. With a background in TV and large scale events including Perth Cup and Fremantle Fashion Week, Anna brings a fresh new outlook to the planning and running of Tourism Council events and functions including the WA Tourism Awards.

Julie Wood

WA Tourism Awards Coordinator
Julie has been with the Council since 2006, primarily involved in the implementation of the WA Tourism Awards. Julie has over 6 years experience within the event management industry and juggles part time work at the Council with a successful home business and two children.

Sally Hollis

Special Projects Manager
Sally has had a long history with the Tourism Council. Sally was the Accreditation Manager for Tourism Council Australia for 4 years then became the founding Executive Officer of the Tourism Council WA in 2001. Sally’s experience includes working for the Sheraton Hotel in Perth, Esplanade Hotel in Fremantle, The Grand Forte chain in Oxfordshire and Pinkerton Events in the UK. Sally holds a Bachelor of Business in Tourism and Marketing and works for the Council part time on Special Projects.
