What is the Tourism Industry Card?

The Tourism Industry Card (TIC) rewards you for working in the Industry! 

A new industry discount card created exclusively for Tourism Council WA members businesses and their employees, the TIC rewards you with special ‘staff’ type benefits at other Tourism Council WA member businesses – this means you get rewarded because you work in the industry.   And because your TIC is also a Westclub Card, you can access a huge range of additional lifestyle discounts!

How do I get a TIC?

Tourism Industry Card membership is only available to Tourism Council WA member businesses and their employees!  Complimentary Memberships are available as a TCWA Membership benefit and additional cards can be purchased for a minimal cost.  Download the form below to purchase your card or, if you are an employer, to purchase cards for your employees!

How much is my TIC Membership?

Your TIC Membership costs just $9.95 per year.  Memberships are renewable on a financial year basis.

What do I get with my TIC Membership?

Your TIC Membership gives you access to over 350 Westclub discounts including fashion, restaurants, travel, wines, entertainment and lifestyle products.  You will also have access to many more industry only benefits and discounts through exclusive TIC suppliers!

Can I become a TIC Supplier?

The aim of the Tourism Industry Card is threefold:

• To make it more attractive for people to work long term in our industry;
• To assist tourism businesses to attract and retain quality staff;
• To increase professionalism and profitability across the industry.

All member businesses are being invited to become suppliers to the TIC program, at no cost to themselves other than the benefit they provide to TIC cardholders.

The concept is that participating businesses would use their spare capacity to extend an exciting range of ‘staff rate’ benefits to TIC cardholders, providing great opportunities to both suppliers and cardholders.

This is an important program as gaining and retaining quality staff is crucial to the industry’s long term success.
