WA Tourism Conference

The WA Tourism Conference has been bringing together tourism industry representatives from across Western Australia in its current format since 2015. Conference delegates come from across the tourism industry, including tourism operators; national, state and local government leaders; industry leaders in marketing, events, attractions, aviation and accommodation; and tourism researchers, academics and students. 

The 2020 conference will be held on August 17 – 19 in Perth and will provide delegates with unrivalled opportunities for professional and business development, networking and engagement with industry colleagues, and the chance to hear from industry-leading speakers on critical industry issues and innovative ideas.

Tourism Council WA is now seeking submissions of papers and topics from potential speakers.

Submissions close 5pm WST February 14, 2020.

Submission Requirements:

  • Please outline your:

o    Organisation and presenter name;
o    Topic and/or title of presentation;
o    Previous presentation experience;

  •  500-word brief about your presentation in Word or PDF format.

Successful applicants will receive a complimentary ticket to the 2020 WA Tourism Conference. Travel costs will be the responsibility of the applicant.
