Jo commenced at Epicurean, Crown Perth, prior to its opening in December 2016. He was an integral part of the pre-opening team. Jo handles all guest and internal customer requests personally. He strongly believes in engaging with the customer which delivers a true sense of excellent customer service. His courteous manner translates to his style of service. He makes it a top priority to follow through on individual special requests. As Restaurant Manager, Jo expects nothing less than perfection and performs his best through seamless customer service. One of the judges’ comments was that Jo shows compassion, understanding and has a desire to serve the customer to complete satisfaction.

Emily is a dedicated and passionate young tourism professional, who continually strives to grow and develop her skills and promote tourism in Western Australia. Starting her career in tourism at age 19, with Rottnest Fast Ferries, Emily's outstanding hard work and commitment over the past 9 years has seen her quickly progress to positions of leadership and management, where she has been able to actively promote and encourage the growth of tourism, not only relating to her own role but in the wider tourism industry. The judges described Emily as a quiet achiever who will have a long and successful career in WA Tourism.
